Brian Gaffney was recently quoted in the Irish Times in relation to the Georgian office market. “Prime Georgians are now making between €455 and €492 per sq depending on location,” says Brian Gaffney of Murphy Mulhall. “Prices have risen on average by 20-25 per cent over the past two years.”
