Brian also believes that many investors in the area are particularly keen to spot anything with a bit of added value to offset the fact that prices are strengthening. “So, if there’s a lease that might be expiring this year or next year, they might take it on with a view to getting a new rent and increasing the rental income over the next couple of years,” he said. “They’ll be looking to get their returns that way.”
