A two-storey over-basement building with planning permission to double the overall space at 67 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, has been sold for €725,000 – well in excess of the guide price of €650,000.
The building extends to 161sq m with the ground and basement floor now in retail use.
The new owner is to proceed with a three-storey extension to the rear as well as refurbishing and reconfiguring the existing block.
