Murphy Mulhall appointed to sell Bernard McNamara’s Former HQ

Murphy Mulhall have been appointed to sell the former Headquarters of property developer Bernard McNamara Grattan Bridge House, an attractive four-storey over-basement office complex and an adjoining house overlooking the River Liffey in Dublin. The  sale, being managed by Robert Murphy, is open to offers for the three lots or the property in its entirety, guiding in excess of €3.5m.

The properties represent a significant investment opportunity, with total passing rent of €232,400 p.a. and a net initial yield of 6.35%
