As Asset Manager for Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre, we are proud to deliver the lettings of 35,500sq.ft of space to the HSE for a Primary Care Centre and 8,557sq.ft to Sheehan Medical for a doctor’s surgery. Both are due to open their doors on Level 3 in December 2022.
Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre has been part of the fabric of Dun Laoghaire for over 40 years. And no more than any other retail centre, has had its challenges meeting the changing needs of the local community.
This is an important part of the new journey for Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre and provides momentum which can be built upon into the future. We are also in discussions with other significant retailers to further bolster the offerings of the Centre and look forward to delivering more good news in the not-too-distant future.
