Brian Gaffney, Associate Director, being quoted in the Sunday Times.

And with sterling being so strong at the moment, there are a lot of Irish people based in the UK who are looking at property here and are going to benefit from that.” Brian Gaffney being quoted in the Sunday Times.

Brian also believes that many investors in the area are particularly keen to spot anything with a bit of added value to offset the fact that prices are strengthening. “So, if there’s a lease that might be expiring this year or next year, they might take it on with a view to getting a new rent and increasing the rental income over the next couple of years,” he said. “They’ll be looking to get their returns that way.”
