A prestigious four storey over basement Georgian on the populare southern side of Merrion Square has recently sold for €3.15 million – 25% over the guide price.
The property extends to approx. 510.41 sq.m. (5,494 sq.ft.) was sold with vacant possession and the sale price equated to €573 per sq.ft. The property also included 13 car spaces to the rear.
