Murphy Mulhall appointed to sell two bank of ireland branches in Dublin
Two Bank of Ireland branches for sale in Walkinstown and Coolock.
Both branches have almost 20 years left on the leases with rental increases of 15 per cent at each remaining review.
The branches are available individually or as a single lot.
