We provided lease consultancy for Quillsen. Quillsen are a well regarded residential property business operating in various locations throughout Dublin and Meath.

Background

Quillsen approached us as they were in direct negotiations with their Landlord on a lease renewal but unfortunately, this process had stalled. There was also an historic rent review that needed to be agreed. Quillsen recognised the need for our commercial property expertise in these areas.

How We Helped

a) Relevant Data Collection

We gathered high-level relevant rental which helped frame a more realistic discussion around the outstanding rent review.

b) Rent Review and Negotiation

Following this, we conducted a detailed review of the lease, current rent and used our data to shape the renegotiation process.

c) Client Assurance and Financial Savings

Our engagement provided Quillsen with peace of mind and assurance that they were in expert hands. More importantly, our negotiation skills resulted in financial savings and improved terms for their new lease renewal agreement.
