James Mulhall

Previously James was Head of Office Agency in CBRE, leaving in 2009 to establish Murphy Mulhall, where he has been Managing Director ever since. The Office market has been his core focus since 1998 and he has earned an enviable reputation as an expert in problem solving and due diligence on deals. 

Since 2016, his primary focus has been on working exclusively with occupiers, helping them find space, negotiating leases, assisting with fit-out and utilities, and providing “hands-on” support throughout the legal phase of the transactions. It is his job to take the stress out of the process, allowing the client to focus on growing their businesses, knowing that they are in safe hands.

James believes the combination of versatility, energy and independence Murphy Mulhall offers, is truly unique in the Irish marketplace. As one client put it: “They simply care more about the outcome”.
