Key Requirements:

• Must hold an SCSI accredited property degree
• Ability to obtain a PSRA license
• Proficient IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience in Valuation Software Argus Enterprise (not essential)
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to produce accurate work to strict deadlines
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Highly pro-active and motivated team player
